Background: I was inspired by a line from the film “Eat, Pray, Love”. The protagonist Elizabeth Gilbert (portrayed by Julia Roberts) uttered these words: “Don’t bring self-loathing into the shower.”

Self-Love

Don’t bring self-loathing into the shower. Relish the pizza, go for a long walk, slip into a bikini and swim in the ocean, lick the vanilla ice-cream, laugh out loud. In a healthy relationship with yourself, there is only room for self-love. 🩵
