People Build the Business

In business they say, “You don’t build a business. You build people, then people build the business.”

In poetry we say, what is essential is pouring time, effort, and resources into growing the individuals who decided to come under your care in the workplace. They are raw gems - uncut, unpolished. These rocks can become jewels if they were patiently, carefully burnished and smoothed to reveal their brilliance. And as they shine in their value, you will see how their sparkly selves are the heartbeat of success. Never forget the humanity amidst the process.
